Easy Chocolate Fudge
Cook up a batch of delicious chocolate fudge to serve to your holiday guests. Or package it in a decorative tin and give as a gift.
Ingredients:
- 2 C sugar
- 1/2 C unsweetened cocoa
- 1 C milk
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
1) Put sugar, cocoa milk in a saucepan and mix well
2) Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
3) Remove from stove, add vanilla and beat until creamy.
4) Pour into a buttered baking pan and cool. When cool, cut into squares and serve.
