- 4 eggs, separated (eggs must be very fresh!)
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 2 C milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Grated nutmeg to taste
1) Beat the egg yolks together. Add sugar and beat until light. Add milk and vanilla.
2) Beat the egg whites well and fold in lightly.
3) Serve with grated nutmeg on top.
